Zusatzlich sollen 3 Wohnungen im 2. OG entstehen. Fur die Planung und den Entwurf des Gebaudes sowie der dazugehorigen Aussenanlagen (Aussen-Spielflachen, Erschliessung des Gebaudes) plant die Stadt ein Architekturburo zu beauftragen, das die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 HOAI ubernimmt.Fur die Einrichtung gibt es ein Raumprogramm inkl. Aussagen zu den Aussenanlagen. In das Gebaude soll der bestehende kath. Kindergarten St. Bartholomaus einziehen. Es ist geplant, dass die Einrichtung gruppenubergreifend mit Stammgruppenerhalt arbeitet. Die Gruppenform fur die U3 Gruppen sind Ganztags- und Verlangerte Offnungszeiten-Gruppen.
