Seitens der Stadt ist geplant, die angestrebte Baumassnahme und die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen einer entsprechenden Forderung zuzufuhren. Die Abwicklung der Massnahme ist von forderrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen gepragt, die wahrend der Planung und Durchfuhrung vom Auftragnehmer zu beachten sind. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen fur 5 Lose enthalten: -- Los 1 - Architekturplanung, Brandschutz, Warmeschutz, Schallschutz,Akustik und Ausstattung, -- Los 2 - Tragwerksplanung, -- Los 3 - Elektrotechnikplanung, -- Los 4 - Gebaudetechnikplanung, -- Los 5 - Freianlagenplanung.
