Im Bauteil A sind die folgenden Massnahmen beabsichtigt: Neubau OP und Intensivstation (ca. 1 750 m2 BGF) ab Leistungsphase 3 HOAI; Neubau und Umbau der Funktionsdiagnostik (ca. 1 800 m2 BGF) ab Leistungsphase 1 HOAI; Brandschutzsanierung im Bestand als Kontingentantrag ab Leistungsphase 1 HOAI. Es ist vorgesehen, die Bau- und Ausstattungsplanung beziehungsweise den Antrag auf Vorwegfestlegung sowie den Kontingentantrag im Oktober 2017 einzureichen. Fur den Kostenrahmen des Neubau OP und Intensivstation (KG 200-700 gemass DIN 276) sind ca. 13 000 000 EUR brutto vorgesehen. Die Verwendung des im o. a.
