Ziel ist die nachhaltige Steigerung der Anzahl der Kongressteilnehmer mit einer inhaltlichen Ausrichtung auf die leistungsstarken Wirtschafts- und Wissenschaftscluster der Metropolregion Hamburg. Nach der Erweiterung des Centers im Jahr 2007 soll dafur jetzt eine Revitalisierung und bedarfsgerechte Erneuerung des 1973 errichteten Altbaus erfolgen.Die Leistungsphase 5 nach HOAI sowie die bauliche Ausfuhrung bis einschliesslich Revisionsplanung der haustechnischen Gewerke wird in vier Vergabeeinheiten vergeben. Es werden folgende Vergabeeinheiten unterschieden:Vergabeeinheit 1 Elektrotechnik einschl. Gebaudeautomation,Vergabeeinheit 2 Heizung/Klima/Luftung/Sanitar/Nutzungsspezifische Einbauten,Vergabeeinheit 3 Fordertechnik und Vergabeeinheit 4 Sonderbeleuchtung.Die Beauftragung der TGA-Leistungen der Vergabeeinheiten 1 bis 3 soll bis Ende August 2015 erfolgen.Awards
