Die Beforderung ist eine Nebenleistung zur eigentlichen Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben im Arbeitsbereich im vertragsrechtlichen Sinne werten. Beide Leistungsbereiche sind vom Sicherstellungsauftrag umfasst und durfen nicht gefahrdet bzw. eingeschrankt werden. Die Beforderung von mobilitatseingeschrankten anspruchsberechtigen Menschen von ihrem Wohnort zur Arbeitsstelle ist hierbei eine Voraussetzung, welche die Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben und damit die Beschaftigung im Arbeitsbereich fur diese Menschen erst ermoglicht. Es besteht ein Sicherstellungsauftrag des Leistungstragers nach SSSS 56 ff. SGB IX.Vor diesem Hintergrund werden Fahrdienstleistungen fur Menschen mit Behinderungen vorliegend ausgeschrieben.Awards
