Die Schulimmobilien umfassen samtliche fur schulische Zwecke genutzten Grundstucke und Gebaude der staatlichen und beruflichen Schulen. Die Grundstucksflache betragt 9,1 Mio. m2 und die Hauptnutzflache etwa 3,1 Mio. m2. In dieser Tatigkeit wurde SBH von der BSB mit der Sanierung des Hauptgebaudes der Stadtteilschule Fritz Schumacher am Standort Timmerloh 27-29 in Hamburg beauftragt.
