Die Gerate sind aufgrund ihrer Standzeit verschlissen und entsprechen nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik. Deshalb wird ein sukzessiver Austausch durchgefuhrt. Parallel zu den umfangreichen Massnahmen im Bereich der Technikzentrale wird eine brandschutztechnische und hygienische Ertuchtigung des Kanalnetzes durchgefuhrt. Weiterhin wird das Objekt durch einen Kongress-Anbau erganzt. Die Gesamtmassnahme gliedert sich in mehrere Teilprojekte: TP3 Kanale, TP6 LZII, TP8 CCC, TP9 Kleiner Saal. Bei der Massnahme TP8 CCC handelt es sich, um die Erweiterung der Bestandsstruktur um 3 zusatzliche Tagungsraume, Umbau des bestehenden Foyers und des angrenzenden Zwischenfoyers, Umbau des Orchesterprobenraumes zu Tagungs- und Nebenraumen und weiteren Raumen im Altbestand.Awards
