Bauabschnitt das historische Hauptgebaude im Nordflugel in seiner Kubatur wieder aufgebaut, der Bachsaal nach denkmalpflegerischen Anspruchen restauriert und zusatzlich werden neue Bauteile mit modernen Gestaltungselementen hinzugefugt.Der Sudflugel am Zoo-Eingang wird neu ausgebaut.Der Leistungsumfang der Vergabeeinheit 12 - Haustechnik Heizung - umfasst die Installation der zentralen Warmeversorgungsanlagen (HA-Station, Unterverteilung Nord, Unterverteilung Sud), Warmeverteilnetz innerhalb des Gebaudes, Fussbodenheizung in den Ausstellungs- Foyer- und Versammlungsraumen so wie Heizkorper in Sanitar-, Verwaltungs- und Nebenraumen. Fur eine spatere Kaltwasserversorgung werden Verteilleitungen in Schachten und Unterhangdecken vorgehalten. Die MSR-Technik wird uber das Gewerk Gebaudeautomation gebracht.Der technische Ausbau folgt dem raumbildenden Ausbau und beschrankt sich im 1.BA im Wesentlichen im Nordflugel auf die Geschoss UG, EG und RLT-Zentrale im 2.OG, im Sudflugel auf die Geschosse UG bis 1.OG.Awards
