Ziel ist der Erhalt des Gebaudes und der Erhalt der noch vorhandenen Originalsubstanz. Die gewahlte Nutzung entspricht der historisch verbrieften Nutzung und kann daher unter denkmalpflegerischen Aspekten als Idealfall angesehen werden. Nach Ruckbau der neuzeitlichen Bekleidungen wurden noch Ausstattungen und Oberflachen aus der Errichtungszeit des 17. Jh sowie der letzten, wesentlichen Umbauphase des fruhen 20. Jh. freigelegt. Diese sollen erhalten und in das Gesamtkonzept mit eingebunden werden. Das historische Gebaude ,,Gelber Lowe" aus dem 17. Jahrhundert wird von einem ehemaligen Gasthof in ein Hotel inkl. verschiedener weiterer Nutzungenarten (Wohnen/Gastronomie) umgebaut. Das Gebaude umfasst ein Erdgeschoss, das Obergeschoss, 2 Dachgeschosse und einen Spitzboden. Die Geschosse sind in drei Bereiche unterteilt: im mittleren Bereich befindet sich uber alle Geschosse ein Flur und links bzw. rechts davon sind jeweils unterschiedliche Nutzungen geplant. Das Gebaude hat einen rechteckigen Grundriss mit den ungefahren Abmessungen von 19,10 m x 15,50 m. Die langere Seite ist jeweils nach Norden bzw. Suden orientiert. Das Dach ist als Satteldach mit mehreren Gauben ausgefuhrt. Die ostliche Giebelwand ist als Fachwerkwand ausgebildet, die westliche Giebelwand wurde aus Sandsteinen erstellt. Im Zuge der Umbaumassnahmen werden zur Erschliessung des Gebaudes am Flur ein Aufzugsschacht und im Norden an das Gebaude anschliessend ein neues aussenliegendes Treppenhaus geplant. Geschatzte Baukosten (brutto): -- KG 200: 136 000 EUR, -- KG 300: 1 600 000 EUR, -- KG 400: 1 050 000 EUR, -- KG 500: 93 000 EUR, -- KG 600: 170 000 EUR. Terminrahmen: Lph. 5-7: bis Q1/2016.
