Die Schulimmobilien umfassen samtliche fur schulische Zwecke genutzten Grundstucke und Gebaude der staatlichen und beruflichen Schulen. Die Grundstucksflache betragt 9 100 000 m2 und die Hauptnutzflache etwa 3 100 000 m2. In dieser Tatigkeit wurde Schulbau Hamburg mit der Realisierung eines Ersatzneubaus und der Sanierung der Schule Sander Strasse am Standort Sander Strasse 11 in Hamburg Bergedorf beauftragt.
