Zulassig sind 4 Geschosse in offener Bauweise, was eine max. Bebauung mit einer BGF von ca. 7 600 m2 ermoglicht. Zur Losung der Planungsaufgabe sollen Leistungen nach SSSS 49 - 52 beauftragt werden. Kostenobergrenze: ca. 15 600 000 EUR (KG 200-600), davon KG 300: ca. 9 100 000 EUR, KG 400: ca. 5 300 000 EUR. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Lst. 1 (LPH 2-4), die weitere Vergabe fur LPH 5-6 gem. HOAI 2013bleibt vorbehalten, ist stufenweise vorgesehen und erfolgt durch schriftliche Mitteilung. Grundlage der Projektbearbeitung ist die Richtlinie fur den Landesbau M-V (RLBau).Awards
