Das Gebaude wird auf der Lindenstrasse 112 in 50226 Frechen errichtet.Die Grosse des Grundstuckes betragt ca. 20 000 m2. Die Nettogruindflache des geplanten Gebaudes betragt ca. 8 800 m2, die Bruttogeschossflache ca. 9 850 m2 und der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 48 300 m3.Die geplante Feuer- und Rettungswache besteht aus drei, durch Treppenhauser getrennte Bauteile mit hohenversetzt angeordneten Geschossen. Die Gebaudeteile sind nicht unterkellert.Bautai 2 und Bauteil 3 (in Teilbereichen) erhalt ein Erd, - Zwischen- und Obergeschoss; Bauteil 1 und die restlichen Teilbereiche des Bauteils 3 haben nur ein Erd- und ein Zwischengeschoss. An Bauteil 3 schliesst sudlich ein eingeschossiges Bauteil 4 an (Atemschutz/Chem. Schutzausrustung).Weiterhin gehoren zur Baumassnahme das Herreichten udn Erschliessen des Grundstucks, die Technischen ANlagenm due Aussenanlagen und, in Teilen, die Ausstattung.Awards
