Ausnahmen sind die Fachlose mit der Losnummer 003 (WNK 01 und 02), 041, 048, 049, 057, 061 (WNK 04 bis 06), 105, 111, 130, 133 und 138, in denen jeweils ausschliesslich nicht-verschreibungspflichtige, apothekenpflichtige Arzneimittel angeboten werden durfen. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal einem, zwei oder drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen (zur Hochstzahl siehe II.2.4 des jeweiligen Fachloses).Awards
