Es wurde 1968 in industrieller Bauweise errichtet, beinhaltet eine reine Buronutzung im Haupthaus und Nebenraume und Versammlungsstatten im anschliessenden Flachbau.Das Hauptgebaude hat 8 Geschosse, ein Untergeschoss, ein Drempelgeschoss unmittelbar unter dem Flachdach und verfugt uber vier notwendige Treppenhauser und funf Aufzuge.Die Erschliessung innerhalb der Geschosse erfolgt uber einen Mittelflur von dem die Raume erschlossen werden.Das Gebaude wird energetisch und schadstofftechnisch saniert, erhalt eine neue Metallfassade mit Fassadendammung, eine Erneuerung der Elektro- und Heizungsanlage und sieht eine Erneuerung der Sanitareinrichtungen und Fussbodenbelage, eine malermassige Uberarbeitung aller Raume sowie die erforderlichen Schadstoffsanierung vor.Awards
