In dem Neubau plant der Landkreis Karlsruhe die Aussenstelle der Ludwig-Guttmann-Schule zu betreiben. Insofern ist ein Teileigentumserwerb mit Sondernutzungsrechten des EG, eines Musikraums im 1. OG und eines Kellerraums im UG durch den Landkreis Karlsruhe beabsichtigt. Im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss werden fur die Reha Sudwest Wohngemeinschaften mit 26 Platzen entstehen. Im 3. Obergeschoss sind von der Reha Sudwest 6 Mietwohnungen geplant. Auf dem Flachdach uber dem EG wird ein innovativer Dachgarten entstehen. Das Gebaude wird teilunterkellert. Ein Anteil der 26 Wohnheimplatze wird von dem KVJS und ein anderer Anteil der 26 Wohnheimplatze vom Land Baden-Wurttemberg gefordert. Die Leistungen werden entsprechend des Baufortschritts loseweise vergeben. Vorliegend wird das Los Elektro- und Fernmeldeanlagen ausgeschrieben.Awards
