Der Dienst am vorgenannten Standort ist nur mit grossen Einschrankungen moglich.Um im vorhandenen Einzugsgebiet der Bestandswache auch in Zukunft den abwehrenden Brandschutz und die bedarfsgerechte rettungsdienstliche Patientenversorgung zur Verfugung stellen und abdecken zu konnen, soll am Standort Brockdorffstrasse 22 daher das vorhandene Gebaude zuruckgebaut und durch ein neues und modernes Gebaude fur die Freiwillige Feuerwehr und die Berufsfeuerwehr Hamburg ersetzt werden. Im Bereich der Aussenflache sind genugend Parkplatze fur die Einsatzbelegschaft vorzusehen. Die benotigten Planungsleistungen des Vorhabens werden stufenweise beauftragt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt dabei in 6 Stufen, wobei sich die einzelnen Leistungsphasen wie folgt auf die Stufen aufteilen:Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2Stufe 2 Leistungsphase 3Stufe 3: Leistungsphase 4Stufe 4: Leistungsphasen 5 - 7Stufe 5: Leistungsphase 8Stufe 6: Leistungsphase 9Awards
