Buying unitnot reported Publication date2012-10-12 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionDie Max-Planck-Gesellschaft plant die Erstausstattung Moblierung von Buroarbeitsplatzen, Meeting- und Besprechungsraumen sowie Archivbereichen fur den Neubau des Teilinstituts des Max-Planck-Instituts fur Softwaresysteme in Kaiserslautern, bestehend aus nachfolgendem Leistungsumfang, zu vergeben: Art- und Umfang der Leistung:-- ca. 25 Stuck Arbeitstische,-- ca. 25 Stuck Besprechungs- und Konferenztische,-- ca. 33 Stuck Lifttable,-- ca. 44 Stuck Klapptische,-- ca. 49 Stuck Untertischrollcontainer,-- ca. 16 Stuck Burodrehsessel,-- ca. 300 Stuck Seminar- und Besucherstuhle,-- ca. 18 Stuck Konferenzsessel,-- ca. 112 Stuck Sideboards,-- ca. 60 Stuck Wandregale,-- ca. 42 Stuck Whiteboards,-- ca. 32 lfdm Metallregal Archiv,-- Erganzung von ca. 102 Profilzylindern an vorhandenen Schranken (ca. 42 Stuck) und Rollcontainern (ca. 60 Stuck),-- Erganzung Paneele vorhandene Theke.Da die beiden Institutsteile des Max-Planck-Instituts fur Softwaresysteme in Kaiserslautern und in Saarbrucken eine Einheit bilden, werden aus Grunden der Produktkompatibilitat der Ausstattung, der effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Raummoblierung und flexiblen Nutzbarkeit, teilweise Fabrikate fur die Mobel vorgegeben. Ausserdem fuhren die beiden Teilinstitute ein gemeinsames Mobellager und eine gemeinsame Werkzeug- und Ersatzteilbevorratung. Nicht zuletzt um eine einheitliche Gestaltung der beiden Institute widerzuspiegeln und eine Austauschbarkeit der Mobel zwischen den beiden Standorten sicherzustellen, werden zur hinreichend genauen Beschreibbarkeit der benotigten Produkte zudem auch Leitfabrikate vorgegeben (solche Leitfabrikatsvorgaben gelten grundsatzlich als mit dem Zusatz oder gleichwertig versehen). Bei diesen Positionen konnen auch Produkte vergleichbarer Art angeboten werden. Die angegebenen Produkte sind jeweils konkret zu benennen.Awards
