Beauftragt werden soll die TGA- und Kuchenplanung und Fachbauleitung eines An- und Umbaus (LPH 1-9). Die Technik ist fur 400 Gedecke taglich auszulegen.Fur die Versorgung von 320 Kindern mit 160 Sitzplatzen soll der vorhandene zweigeschossige Bau (OGS-Betrieb im EG) mit einer Grundflache von ca. 400 m2 eingeschossig um ca. 220 m2 erweitert werden. Im EG-Bereich ist ein Abriss der aktuellen Kuche eine funktionale Neuordnung und Anpassung der Raume sowie die Erstellung einer Ausgabekuche inkl. Spulung fur einen Cook & Chill-Betrieb gemass gesetzlicher Hygienestandards erforderlich.Der OGS-Betrieb wird wahrend der Massnahme in einem Container ausgelagert.Awards
