Es sollen ca. 1 800 m2 Buro- und 2 250 m2 Gewerbeflachen zur Miete fur kleinere Unternehmen entstehen und Gemeinschaftsdienste, wie Empfangsservice, IT-Dienstleistungen, betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Steuer- und Wirtschaftsberatung sowie Buchhaltung allen Mietern bereitgestellt werden. Zielgruppen fur die Nutzung sollen Startups, aber auch bestehende Firmen sein. Die Mietflachen wurden als einzelne Module in verschiedenen Grossen geplant, die einzeln oder kombiniert an Interessenten vermietet werden konnen. Bezuglich der vorgesehenen Nutzung sind in der weiteren Planung zusatzliche Anforderungen bzgl. einer moglichen Versorgungsunabhangigkeit von sensiblen Teilbereichen sowie zur flexiblen Grundrissgestaltung der zu vermietenden Flachen in die vorhandene Planung einzuarbeiten, so dass es zu punktuellen Anderungen des Entwurfs kommen kann.Awards
