Erneuerung des Regionalbades (Freibad) in Bischofsgrun.Die Einrichtung aus den 70-iger Jahren ist aufgrund der Uberalterung der Gesamtanlage und vor allem aufgrund der Alterung der Beckenauskleidung, Beckenkopfe und Badewassertechnik sanierungsbedurftig.Die Sanierung des vorhandenen Funktionsgebaudes erscheint in diesem Zusammenhang nicht mehr sinnvoll, so dass ein Abriss (EG und OG, UG soll im Bestand erhalten bleiben) und Neubau mit reduzierten Flachenansatzen angedacht ist.Aktuell wird fur die Sanierung der Schwimmbecken von Baukosten (KG 300+400) in Hohe von 2,1 Mio. EUR sowie fur den Neubau des Funktionsgebaudes von Baukosten (KG 300+400) in Hohe von ca. 1,1 Mio. EUR brutto ausgegangen.Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) fur die Sanierung der Schwimmbecken sowie den Abriss und Neubau des Funktionsgebaudes zu beauftragen:Tragwerksplanung, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 gemass SSSS 49 ff.
