Der Auftraggeber hat neben der Inanspruchnahme von Landesforderung des Landes Niedersachsen (,,ERFE" und ,,Digitale Dividende II - RL Breitbandausbau NI") im Rahmen des Bundesforderprogramms (Richtlinie ,,Forderung zur Unterstutzung des Breitbandausbaus in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland") einen Zuwendungsbescheid erhalten. Dieser Bescheid einschliesslich der Auflagen und Nebenbestimmungen sind Grundlage dieses Auftrages. Insbesondere die Nebenbestimmungen:-- GIS-Nebenbestimmungen, Version 3.1 vom 1.11.2016;-- Einheitliches Materialkonzept, Version 4.1 vom 9.4.2016;-- Vorgaben fur die Dimensionierung passiver Infrastruktur im Rahmen des geforderten Breitbandausbaus (Vorgaben fur Dimensionierung) Version 3.1 vom 1.11.2016. Der Auftrag beinhaltet den Bau des passiven NGA-Netzes in dem Ausschreibungsgebiet und ist in 3 Teillose aufgeteilt.Awards
