V. plant den Neubau eines Schulgebaudes und eines Schulrestaurants. DasSchulgebaude ist freistehend und wird 2-geschossig in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Ausfuhrung erfolgt in Massivbauweise. Die Maximalausdehnung des Gebaudes betragt in L x B ca. 69 x 57 m. Die Traufhohe betragt ca. 9,10 m. Das Gebaude wird uber 2 Treppenhauser mit gewendelten StB-Treppen erschlossen. Die lichten Raumhohen des Gebaudes betragen im Rohbau ca. 4,30 m im EG sowie ca. 3,30 m im OG. Der Baukorper ist aufgegliedert und bewegt gestaltet. Im Grundriss gibt es nur wenige rechtwinklige Situationen. Die termingerechte Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens ist fur die Bauherrin deshalb von besonderer Wichtigkeit, da bei jedweder Verzogerung der Inbetriebnahme kostenintensive Interimsraumlichkeiten angemietet werden mussten. Das Schulrestaurant ist ebenfalls freistehend, wird jedoch in Holzbauweise erstellt. Die Ausfuhrung erfolgt uberwiegend eingeschossig.Awards
