Die AG sind berechtigt, die Vertragslaufzeit durch einseitige Erklarung (Optionserklarung) zweimalig um jeweils 1 Jahr zu bisherigen Bedingungen dieses Vertrages bis maximal zum 30.06.2023 zu verlangern (Optionsrecht).Der Vertrag umfasst fur die HAA und BMA die jahrliche Wartung und vierteljahrliche Inspektion und fur die ELA die jahrliche Wartung gemass dem Leistungsverzeichnis an ca. 420 Schulstandorten sowie einigen weiteren Hochschul- bzw. Kommunalstandorten. Alle Standorte sind uber das Bundesland Hamburg verteilt.Awards
