Systemarbeiten und Instandhaltungsarbeiten nach Bedarf am Telekommunikationsnetz, welches derzeit aus 8 Knoten und ca. 12 500 Nebenstellen besteht. Um alle Liegenschaften erschliessen zu konnen, sind die Knoten uber eigene oder angemietete digitale Festverbindungsleitungen mit zahlreichen Remote Modulen (RPM) vernetzt. Das System wird administriert mit Hilfe eines Managementsystems (Management@Net), welches am Standort des Knoten 1, Einsteinufer 25, 10587 Berlin, installiert ist. Folgende Applikationen sind zusatzlich in Betrieb: -- Managementsystem (Management@Net), -- das herstellereigene Gebuhrenerfassungssystem, -- die VOIP-Anbindung (ISG) sowie -- Business Connect (Abfrageplatz, Call Center, CTI, Mobility).Awards
