Geplant sind Raumlichkeiten fur Gastronomie, Kultur und Tagung sowie Wohn- und Gewerbeflachen.Gegenstand der Leistung sind die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 im Bereich Fachplanung - Tragwerksplanung nach SS 51 HOAI. Der Auftragsumfang umfasst samtliche Grundleistungen sowie ausgewahlte besondere Leistungen.De Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die einzelnen Leistungsphasen der HOAI nicht insgesamt, sondern abchnittsweise zu vergeben. Hierbei soll in einem ersten Schritt eine Beauftragung mit den Leistungsphasen 1 - 4 fur die Fachplanung - Tragwerksplanung (Grundauftrag) erfolgen. Im zweiten Schritt soll die weitere stufenweise Beauftragung erfolgen, welche die restlichen Leistungsphasen nach der HOAI umfasst (Optionsauftrag).Da fur Teile des Projektes eine Forderung aus dem Programm ,,Nationale Projekte des Stadtebaus" gewahrt wird, sind die fur das Forderprogramm ausgewahlten Teilprojekte zudem zwingend bis 2018 fertigzustellen. Eine Fertigstellung des Gesamtobjektes ist bis 2022 geplant.
