Im Rahmen der Zielfindungsphase wird die Entscheidung zur Generalsanierung oder zum Ersatzneubau getroffen werden. Besonders Wert gelegt wird auf: -- Funktionalitat / Wirtschaftlichkeit / Nachhaltigkeit / Dauerhaftigkeit / niedrige Unterhaltskosten, -- Energieeffizienz / Einsatz regenerativer Energien, -- Barrierefreiheit / Inklusion. Das Vorhaben wird nach FAG gefordert. Die Gesamtkosten der Baumassnahme werden als Kostenrichtwert nach FA-ZR mit ca. 5,4 Mio. EUR brutto angenommen, das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 1 725 m2 HNF.Awards
