Das Gebaude besteht aus 7 Vollgeschossen, einem Technikgeschoss, einem Erdgeschoss, einem Parkdeck, einem Dachgeschoss und 2 Untergeschossen. Der K-Flugel wird in 3 Bereiche unterteilt: Nordturm, Sudturm und das mittlere Treppenhaus. Die Hohe des Gelandes fallt vom Sudturm zum Nordturm gravierend ab, sodass das Erdgeschoss im Bereich Nordturm im Untergeschoss 1 liegt. Die Schachte werden im Inneren des sanierungsbedurftigen Bestandsgebaudes Nordturm zur Hofseite errichtet. Der Nordturm ist mit einem Untergeschoss 2 in Hohe von einem vollwertigen Stockwerk unterkellert. Im Untergeschoss 2 soll eine gemeinsame Schachtgrube fur die Feuerwehraufzuge als Zwischendecke des Kellers entstehen.Awards
