Das VPLS teilt sich in 3 Einzelprojekte auf. Proj. 1: Verkehrsinformationssystem am Aussenkordon. Proj. 2: Statisches Parkleitsystem fur die Park-and-Ride-Anlagen im Stadtteil Oos. Proj. 3: Dynamisches Parkleitsystem fur den Innenstadtbereich. Das System beinhaltet ca. 40 stat. und ca. 160 dynam. Schilder, die an 68 Standorten (davon 21 Altstandorte mit vorh. Masten) installiert werden. Auf den Erlauterungsbericht und den Ubersichtsplan, die von der zugehorigen Internet-Seite (vgl. I.3) heruntergeladen werden konnen, wird verwiesen. Zusatzlich sind 6 bestehende Schilderbrucken zu ersetzen. Dieses Vergabeverfahren umfasst die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen (vgl. II.1.1).
