Die Gebaudeplanungsleistungen wurden bereits im Rahmen eines Planungswettbewerbs vergeben. Voraussichtliche Gesamtbaukosten (3-gruppig): ca. 1,9 Mio. EU netto (KG 300 - 400). ca. 2,7 Mio.
