Dabei sollen auch Wohnungen fur inklusive Wohnformen errichtet werden. Ziel des Wettbewerbes ist es, ein bauliches Konzept zu entwickeln, welches sowohl diese Wohnnutzung als auch eine Bucherei sowie die Mutter-Kind-Gruppen unterzubringen vermag. Um der baulichen Prasenz des Gebaudes Rechnung zu tragen, soll weiterhin ein Burgermeisterzimmer vorgesehen werden. Das bestehende Gebaude soll fur die neuen Funktionen saniert und umgenutzt werden. Dabei sollen sowohl die architektonische und funktionale Qualitat, als auch effiziente Bauweisen und Kostenbewusstsein im Blick behalten werden. Sanierungstechnische Grundlage bildet eine von der Lerzer GmbH aus Neumarkt erstellte Voruntersuchung. Das Wettbewerbsgebiet umfasst das Grundstuck mit der Fl.Nr. 96 und hat insgesamt eine Grosse von 753,35 m2.Awards
