Die ausgeschriebenen Generalplanung beinhaltet alle erforderlichen Planungsleistungen der Leistungsbilder der HOAI 2013, insbesondereSS 34 Objektplanung Gebaude und InnenraumeSS 39 Objektplanung FreianlagenSS 51 Fachplanung TragwerksplanungSS 55 Fachplanung Technische Ausrustung (HLS und Elektro)Sowie Beratungsleistungen zur Bauphysik.Ausgeschrieben werden Planungsleistungen fur die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 bzw. 1 bis 6.Die Umsetzung der Attraktivierungsmassnahmen soll im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen.Der neue Kinderbereich soll anlasslich der 750-Jahr-Feier der Stadt Templin spatestens am 3.10.2020 eroffnet werden. Im Sommer 2021 sollen die Aussenanlagen fertiggestellt sein.Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung gemass II.2.11) vorgesehen.Awards
