Dazu wird mit einer baulichen Anbindung an die bestehenden Gebaude des Landratsamtes ein Verwaltungsgebaude neu errichtet und 6 denkmalgeschutzte Bestandswohngebaude durch Umbau, Sanierung und Umnutzung eingebunden. Im Blockinnenbereich ist ein Tiefbeschoss fur Parkierung und Archivnutzung vorgesehen. Der geplante Umfang des Bauvorhabens betragt in etwa: -- Gebaudesanierungen ca. 6 000 qm BGF, -- Neubauten ca. 7 000 qm BGF, -- Tiefgarage unterhalb des Veraltungsgebaudes ca. 4 000 qm BGF. Gesamtkostenrahmen (KG200-700) derzeit 27,74 Mio. EUR brutto, Bauwerkskosten (KG 300+400) derzeit 21,47 Mio. EUR brutto. Nach derzeitiger Grobterminplanung sind der Baubeginn fur September 2019 und die Fertigstellung fur September 2022 vorgesehen.Awards
