Der Neubau WAL - Wedding Advanced Laboratories - soll die Labore fur Biotechnologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Pharma- und Chemietechnik sowie Verfahrenstechnik fur insgesamt 1200 Studierende unterbringen. Er soll sich in die Gesamtentwicklungsplanung des Campus einfugen. Baurechtlich sind Bauvorhaben an dieser Stelle nach SS 34 BauGB zu beurteilen. Die Planung soll unter dem Aspekt des nachhaltigen Bauens im Sinne eines innovativen energie- und kosteneffizienten Gebaudekomplexes mit dem Ziel einer BNB-Zertifizierung ,,Silber" umgesetzt werden. Das Raumprogramm umfasst eine Gesamt-Nutzflache von 7 344 m2. Das Bauvorhaben wird aus Mitteln des Landes Berlin finanziert. Grundlage ist das geprufte Bedarfsprogramm vom 14.6.2016 uber 55 000 000 EUR Gesamtbaukosten (brutto, KG 200 bis 700 DIN 276). Die Bauwerkskosten betragen 38 000 000 EUR (brutto, KG 300 und 400). Die Fertigstellung ist fur September 2022 geplant.Awards
