Die bestehende Realschule (Gebaude A) sowie die Werkrealschule (Gebaude B) werden umgebaut und dabei grundlegend saniert. Daruber hinaus wird ein Verbindungsbauteil (Bauteil Neu) neu errichtet. Den Ubergang zwischen dem Neubauteil und Gebaude B bildet ein Foyer, welches als Aula (Versammlungsraum) genutzt werden soll, die in offener Verbindung zum Obergeschoss steht. Im Erdgeschoss wird zusatzlich die Gemeindebucherei integriert, die sowohl der Schulnutzung, als auch der offentlichen Nutzung dienen soll. Im Bereich des Schulzentrums befinden sich weitere Gebaude (Grundschule, Mensa, Turnhalle), welche nicht Gegenstand dieser Planung sind. Die Bestandsbauteile A (Realschule) und Bauteil B (Werkrealschule) wurden in diversen Schritten errichtet, erweitert und geandert. Bauteil A wurde 1975 erstgenehmigt und bis 2004 in mehreren Schritten erweitert und geandert. Bauteil B wurde 1970erstgenehmigt und mit Baugenehmigung 2001 geandert.Awards
