Diese ausserbetriebliche Massnahme wird nach SS 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in Verbindung mit SSSS 76 ff SGB III durchgefuhrt und dient jugendlichen Auszubildenden, die aufgrund von Lernbeeintrachtigung oder sozialer Benachteiligung besondere Hilfen benotigen, dazu, eine Berufsausbildung aufzunehmen. Es wird ein Vertragsverhaltnis zwischen Teilnehmer und Auftragnehmer geschlossen. Wahrend der ausserbetrieblichen Ausbildung erfolgen fachtheoretische und fachpraktische Unterweisungen sowie eine sozialpadagogische Begleitung, welche durch Betriebspraktika erganzt wird.Awards
