Schwerpunkt der Aktivitaten ist die Sanierung und Bewirtschaftung von Schulbauten im Hamburger Suden. GMH arbeitet im Zusammenschluss mit SBH |Schulbau Hamburg. Der Landesbetrieb betreut im Schwerpunkt die Schulen im Norden und in der Mitte Hamburgs. Die Lessing Stadtteilschule soll auf dem vorhandenen Grundstuck Hanhoopsfeld 21 vollstandig neu gebaut werden. Das Schulgelande befindet sich im Geltungsbereich des Bebauungsplanes ,,Wilstorf 2" vom 27.5.1966. Vor Baubeginn mussen 12 vorhandene Gebaude abgebrochen und das Baufeld fur den Neubau freigemacht werden, diese Arbeiten laufen aktuell.Awards
