Die Gebaudeteile wurden in Stahlbetonplattenbauweise mit deckentragenden Aussen- und Innenlangswanden in der Bauweise ,,WBS 70 G, GH 3300" (ehem. DDR-Bauweise) errichtet.Grosse der Gebaudeteile L x B x H:Haus A: 20,4 x 18,0 x 13,2 - 4 Geschosse Haus B: 32,4 x 18,0 x 13,2 - 4 Geschosse Haus C: 16,8 x 12,0 x 9,9 - 3 Geschosse - Verbinder Hauser A und B werden energetisch und schadstofftechnisch saniert. Die Massnahmen sehen ebenfalls eine Erneuerung der Elektro-, Heizungs- und Sanitaranlagen sowie die Installation einer Luftungsanlage vor.Der gesamte Schulkomplex wird eine vorgehangte Fassade und somit ein einheitliches Gesamtbild erhalten. Zudem wird der Aussenbereich neu gestaltet.Awards
