Aussenwande sind nicht Teil der Primarstruktur und lediglich vor der Fassade montiert. Die strassenseitigen Fassaden sind durch vorgestellte Loggien dominiert. Die Geschossigkeit variiert zwischen 12 bis 15 Geschossen. Die Geschosse 1-2, bzw. 1-4 sind Gewerbebereiche, die daruber liegenden Obergeschosse sind Wohngeschosse mit 273 Wohnungen und 7 Gewerbeeinheiten. Im Kellergeschoss ist die Gebaudetechnik untergebracht. Das Bauvorhaben ist in Bauteile, Bauabschnitte und Lose (siehe Anlage der Vergabeunterlagen) unterteilt. Es handelt sich um energetische Sanierung der Fassade und Dachbereiche der Gewerbe sowie Instandsetzung der Dachhaut der Wohngeschosse, Erneuerung der haustechnischen Anlagen sowie der bestehenden Loggiabrustungen und Ruckbau von Gewerbeanbauten.Awards
