Behebung der Vielzahl kleinteiliger baulicher und funktionalen Mangel ertuchtigt werden. Hierbei steht insbesondere die Komplettsanierung der Schulturnhalle (Typ KT 30) im Fokus. Das Grundschulgebaude wurde bis auf das Kellergeschoss in der Vergangenheit bereits energetisch saniert (WDVS, Fenster). Ein zentrales Anliegen ist es, die Gebaude hinsichtlich Ihrer Energieeffizienz zu ertuchtigen, um mindestens den Anspruchen des KFW-Effizienzhaus-70-Standards zu genugen. Die Planung erstreckt sich uber eine bestehende Bruttogrundflache von ca. 1 000 m2. Fur das Vorhaben steht eine Gesamtinvestitionssumme von ca. 0,31 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 400) zur Verfugung.
