Das Zentralgebaude wird in erster Linie auf die Bedurfnisse der Mieter der 500 Ferienhauser zugeschnitten sein, steht aber ebenfalls fur externe Tagesgaste zur Verfugung.Der Standort umfasst die sud- ostliche ,,Ecke" des Gesamtgrundstuckes und wird sudlich vom Ufer des Bostalsees, bzw dem offentlichen Seerundweg, ostlich von der offentlichen Strasse, nordlich von der Eckelhauser Strasse und westlich von einem parkinternen Fussweg begrenzt.Es handelt sich um ein eingeschossiges Gebaude, dessen Hohe, angepasst an die Nutzung der Raume, bis zu 12 m uber die Gelandeoberflache aufragt. Es wird in einer Mischkonstruktion aus Massivbau und Holzfertigteilbau errichtet.-- Gesamtnutzflache: NGF 14 000 m2,-- Sektionaltore: 4 Stk,-- Stahlturen und -tore, 1- und 2-flg.: 64 Stk,-- Umwehrungen: 150 m Handlaufe,-- Handlaufe (Stahl- und Edelstahl) 215 m,-- Vordachkonstruktion: 130 m2.Awards
