Zu den lernmittelfreien Schulbuchern sind auch Atlanten und mathematische Formelsammlungen zu zahlen, die von den Schulen an vom Eigenanteil befreite Schuler verliehen werden. Die Lieferung der Bucher hat innerhalb 2 Wochen nach Eingang der Bestellung zu erfolgen (auch bei Nachbestellungen und ggf. Einzelexemplaren). Dies gilt nicht, sofern im Einzelfall andere Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden oder fur Bucher, die auf Grund besonderer Umstande, die nicht vom Auftragnehmer zu vertreten sind, noch nicht lieferbar sind. Der Auftragnehmer hat solche Bucher unverzuglich nachzuliefern.Awards
