Die Bebauung ist eingebettet in eine uberwiegend aus Einfamilienhausern bestehende Struktur und besteht gemischt aus Reihenhausern und Geschosswohnungsbau. Im Suden ist der Bereich an der Gebersdorfer Hauptstr. angelehnt.Hier ist auch die Gebersdorfer Grundschule gelegen. Im Bereich der Zufahrt des Areals wurde ein Grundstuck fur die Nutzung als Kindertagesstatte gewidmet. Nach dem Bebauungsplan ist ein rechteckiges Baufenster mit 500m2 vorgegeben. Das Gebaude darf 3-geschossig errichtet werden.Mit dem Jugendamt abgestimmt ist ein Mengengerust mit einer Krippengruppe, drei Kindergartengruppen und zwei Hortgruppen.Die Kindertagesstatte soll zum einen der Betreuung der Kinder aus der neuen Siedlung, als auch den umliegenden Wohnbebauungen dienen. Der Hort ist fur die Nachmittagsbetreuung der Schulkinder der Gebersdorfer Grundschule angedacht.Awards
