Schulerbeforderung im Individualverkehr bedeutet, dass der Landkreis Wolfenbuttel im Rahmen seiner Eigenschaft als Trager der Schulerbeforderung dafur Sorge zu tragen hat, dass Schulerinnen und Schuler, die aus verschiedensten Grunden nicht in der Lage sind ihren Schulweg mit offentlichen Verkehrsmitteln selbststandig zu bewaltigen, durch Beauftragung eines geeigneten und zuverlassigen Unternehmens, zur Schule und zuruck befordert werden. Grunde fur eine Individualbeforderung konnten z. B. eine fehlende OPNV-Verbindung oder eine dauerhafte/vorubergehende Behinderung sein. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt in 16 Gebietslosen. Es besteht die Moglichkeit der Angebotsabgabe fur ein, mehrere oder alle Lose. Eine Beschrankung bei der Zuschlagserteilung wird nicht vorgenommen. Die Angebotsabgabe ist nach den gesetzlichen Vorgaben ausschliesslich elektronisch moglich.Awards
