Die Ziele einer effizienten Umstrukturierung des Organisationsaufbaus, einer Profilscharfung, einer besseren Kommunikation und Innovationen auf allen Ebenen, konnten weitgehend erreicht werden. Nach einer Phase des Umbruchs gilt es nun die organisationale Ambidextrie der FES bewusst zu starken. Einerseits gilt es, effiziente Prozesse in den zum Teil neuen Stiftungsstrukturen zu etablieren. Ebenso soll die Innovations- und Anpassungsfahigkeit weiter ausgebaut werden. Diese Ausschreibung fokussiert auf den zuletzt genannten Aspekt. Vor diesem Hintergrund sollen durch die Angebote des Rah-menvertrags "Agile Organisations- und Teamentwicklung" (Los 1) Teams und Fuhrungskrafte auf dem Weg zu eigenverantwortlichen Team-strukturen begleitet werden. Gleichzeitig sollen in der Zusammenarbeit Agilitat, Wertschatzung, klare Schwerpunktsetzungen und eine konstruktive Lern- und Fehlerkultur gestarkt werden. Ziel des Rahmenvertrags "Begleitung von Innovationsprozessen" (Los 2) ist die professionelle Begleitung von Innovationslaboren zur Gestaltung neuer Produkte fur die politische Bildung und Beratung oder zur innovativen Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen in Bezug auf die interne Zusammenarbeit. Abschliessend soll durch das Projekt "Ausbildung von Coaches & Aufbau Community of Practice" (Los 3) internes Wissen und Konnen in den Bereichen Organisations-, Team-, und Innovationsentwicklung aufgebaut und die Organisation mittel- und langfristig in ihrer Weiterentwicklung gestarkt werden.Awards
