Der gegliederte und gestufte Baukorper hat einen erhohten Werkstatthallenbereich dem sich ein Sozial- und Verwaltungstrakt, verbunden durch einen niedrigen Zwischenbau anschliesst. Wahrend der 80 er Jahre wurde vor die Mauerwerkshalle ein Unterrichtsraum mit Garderobe und Abstellmoglichkeit im 1. OG angebaut. Nach dem Bedarfsgutachten wurde ein gesamthafter energetischer Modernisierungsbedarf der Gebaudeaussenhulle sowie eine Umstrukturierung der Raumzuschnitte fur den Sozial-, Verwaltungs- und Sanitarbereich festgestellt. Dieses wird zudem durch das Gutachten zur baulichen Modernisierung der ASK-Lehrbaustelle unterstutzt. Beide Gutachten stellen uber die eigentlichen Modernisierungsvorhaben auch die Erweiterungen sowie die Erneuerungen der Technik als notwendig und zweckmassig dar.Awards
