Beide Gymnasien werden jeweils als 4-zugige gymnasiale Standorte saniert, umgestaltet und erweitert, sodass das ursprunglich 3-zugige OHG um einen Erweiterungsbau mit Fachklassen erganzt wird, um den zusatzlichen Bedarf zu decken. Zudem werden die Freianlagen im betroffenen Baufeld i.V.m. mit einer Campusneugestaltung arrondiert.Die Massnahmen im Projekt beinhalten unter anderem eine umfassende Betonsanierung, eine Erdbebenertuchtigung, die Erneuerung der Haustechnik und der Fassaden sowie eine energetische Aufwertung auf KfW 55-Standard. Weiterhin wird ein neues Brandschutzkonzept aufgrund Clusterbildung integriert.Der Umbau findet unter laufendem Betrieb in 3 Bauabschnitten statt, sodass eine abschnittsweise Auslagerung der Klassen in Interimscontainern notwendig wird.Awards
