Die fur die KNMF geplante PLD-Anlage soll mittels einer Laser-Substratheizung einen sehr grossen Prozesstemperaturbereich (bis 1 200 degC) abdecken und in Verbindung mit funf sequenziell nutzbaren Targetpositionen das Wachstum aller gangigen Metall- und Oxidschichtsysteme ermoglichen.Awards
