Aufgrund steigender Schulerzahlen soll die Schule ab dem Schuljahr 2018/2019 nach Bedarf teilweise funfzugig betrieben werden. Daruber hinaus sind die Hortkapazitaten zu erweitern. Um diese Kapazitaten abzusichern ist ein Erweiterungsbau zu planen, der die 5 ersten Klassen inklusive Hort aufnehmen kann. Zum Schuljahresbeginn 2020 muss der Erweiterungsbau den Betrieb aufnehmen. Es werden Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 der HOAI an einen Generalplaner fur die Leistungsbilder Objektplanung Gebaude, Innenraume und Freianlagen, die Fachplanungen der Tragwerksplanung, Technischen Ausrustung und Beratungsleistungen fur Bau- und Raumakustik, Brandschutz und Bauphysik sowie optional besondere Leistungen vergeben. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.Awards
