Auf dem Schulgrundstuck befinden sich insgesamt acht Gebaude. Die Baustellenflache fur die Massnahme erreicht man uber die Baustellenzufahrt uber den Schulhof im Ladenbeker Weg 13. Der Bereich zwischen der Baustellenflache und dem zu sanierenden Gebaude muss auf Grund der Zuganglichkeit der Feuerwehr von Fahrzeugen und Materialien freigehalten werden. Obwohl eine direkte Zuwegung zu der Baustelle gegeben ist, wird nochmals darauf hingewiesen, dass die Baumassnahme im laufenden Schulbetrieb stattfindet. Das Schulgebaude (Gelbes Haus) ist leer. Das Gebaude ist ein dreigeschossiges Gebaude EG +2 Etagen, welches nur bereichsweise mit einem Vollkeller und hauptsachlich mit einem Kriechkeller versehen ist. Das Schulgebaude enthalt normale Klassenraume, Lehrerzimmer, sowie die notwendigen WC-Bereiche.Awards
