Der Rahmenvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren, soll die Beschaffung von WAN-Anbindungen an kommunalen Kundenstandorten in Baden-Wurttemberg ermoglichen. Zukunftig wird von ca. 600 Standorten ausgegangen, welche uber das ,,neue" kommunale Transportnetz des Anbieters angebunden werden sollen. Die geplanten Anschlussbandbreiten liegen zwischen 4 mbit/s und 1 000 mbit/s. Das zukunftige kommunale Verwaltungsnetz ist als homogenes Netz geplant, in dem jeder Kunde der KRZ einen definierten Zugang erhalt. Um dies zu gewahrleisten, wird das kommunale Verwaltungsnetz als Sicherheitsschicht (VPN-Overlay) uber verschiedene Transportnetzwerke gelegt. Die Sicherheitsschicht wird technisch auf VPN-Routern etabliert, welche durch die kommunalen Rechenzentren betrieben werden.Awards
